I ask for a specific medicine, the pharmacist brings me another one (with a higher content of substances) and without a word starts filling the receipt. When I point out that this is not what I asked for, she starts a pointless discussion like "why does the client want something different from what she brought?". And basically what the client wants, she doesn't have, she has what she brought. So I ask for a specific substitute and the discussion opens again: "Why do you want X and not what I brought?" I'm assuming here that customers are being pushed specific products from which the pharmacist earns a commission, because I don't see any other logical explanation. Moreover, I do not feel obliged (nor do I want to) inform the pharmacist that the amount of the active substance MATTERS, because due to her profession she should know it perfectly well (and if she does not know, the time spent on discussions with clients can devote to comparing leaflets of the products they sell).

I left the hospital and wanted to buy some medicines, and the lady at the pharmacy started asking if the tablets were really like that and in that weight? Because she thinks it's too much. Shouldn't you just sell the medicine without unnecessary comments? In addition, she sold me a cotton pad for post-operative wounds that came off after a minute. Such professionalism. I lost time and nerves. I do not recommend.

On May 31, 2023, at 6:20 a.m., I drove up to pick up the pills I needed and forgot to buy the day before. I understand that someone can sleep (even though they are at work), but the lady who showed up after a few minutes was downright furious with me for daring to wake her up. She served me with grace. She was insolent and arrogant. If I behaved like that towards my client, I would lose my job. It's hard to believe that something like this is possible in the 21st century. After pointing this out, the lady only became more angry. My advice - if you don't like it, change your job. To the gentleman above who required wearing face masks. Even sleep with these pants on your face, but from normal people who have brains instead of brain vacuum - three steps to the side! Stop the Covid murderers!
